GLOBAL ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL AND GOVERNANCE POLICY
The ESG Policy is based on our Ethics Charter with its commitment to undertaking all activities with integrity. Everyone at Trescal is expected and encouraged to share this commitment and support Trescal’s ESG Policy.
This Policy addresses the principles that Trescal is committed to with respect to environment, society and governance. These principles are core to how we operate and are to be adhered to at all times.
Trescal’s ESG actions are audited by an independent third party every year to hold ourselves accountable and determine new areas for improvement. You will find reports for the last two years below.

ETHICS CHARTER
The integrity of each employee is essential in order to guarantee exemplary collective behavior. Integrity, as regards the company and our business relationships, requires renouncing corruption in all forms, avoiding any conflicts of interest, and complying with the laws and regulations.
WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY
We recognize that from time to time there may be things that go wrong or where there is room for improvement. The quicker we know, the quicker we can take corrective measures.
The present policy aims to clarify when and how Trescal Employees, External Staff as well as our other Stakeholders can speak up and make an Integrity Line (whistleblowing) report.
STATEMENT AGAINST MODERN SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING
Trescal unreservedly takes action to oppose modern slavery and human trafficking.

ETHICS COMMITTEE
Trescal has set up an Ethics Committee for its employees. This Committee is responsible for overseeing all ethics-related issues within the group and ensures confidentiality.
Any group employee can refer to this Committee. The Committee is authorised to visit any subsidiary or any premises belonging to Trescal.
